WebActually, I believe there’s either a new piece of legislation or one on its way down the tracks to prevent employers forbidding you working elsewhere. They will be entitled to your hours in any other job (as they can’t allow you to work over x amount of hours over a 7 day week), but I think they can no longer prevent you.
